The minimum age to join on an inclusive membership is 16. Those aged between 16 and 17 must join in club and have an adult over the age of 18 with them. The adult will be required to sign the contract.
Ages 16 - 18 will need to have an induction before using the facilities
Under 16s must be supervised directly by a parent or adult over the age of 18 at all time.

Yes, you can bring a guest into the club using the 'refer a friend' button on our app. You must be in the club with your guest and not leave them unattended. They will need to fill out the appropriate guest registration forms.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to guests for reasons of health and safety or if the guest has previously not complied with the club rules.

Our standard membership includes access to the gym training areas, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and Park Club classes.

All new customers/members visiting the club must read and sign to agree to our health and exercise readiness commitment prior to exercise

Inductions are optional but we encourage everyone to have one to ensure you know how to use the equipment safely.

We are a card only facility. Paying for upfront payments with cash is not recommended, however is certain cases we can discuss options, for more details please email info@parkclub.co.uk

A suspension can be applied to your membership, but only for the following reasons:-
Medical condition โ proof will be required in the form of a letter from a medical professional that you are unable to use the facility.
Holiday โ 1 month minimum
Bereavement โ we will be sympathetic to any requests made for bereavement of immediate family members
The following conditions need to be followed for us to process a suspension:-
Min of 1 month notice and a maximum of up to 3 months suspension, 1 month if a holiday by emailing info@parkclub.co.uk
30 days written notice
Suspended period does not affect the Min No of direct debit payments you are due to pay, as a result the commitment end day will be extended by the equivalent number of months.
Whilst your membership is suspended you are unable to terminate and will need to re-instate the membership first.

Cancellations within the commitment period / minimum contract will only be accepted for the following reasons:
House relocation โ proof will be required such as a utility bill or a rental/mortgage agreement
Loss of employment โ proof will be required such as a letter from the company to advise that you have been made redundant
Medical condition โ proof will be required in the form of a letter from a medical professional that you are unable to use the facility.
Student relocation - should you relocate with your studies or your course finishes, proof of this will be required
The following conditions need followed for us to process a suspension:-
Cancellations within commitment period / minimum contract can only be processed once proof has been received and will be subject to 30 days notice as per your direct debit date.
If you cancel your DD before the 30 day notice period, you will miss your last payment and go into arrears, this will then enter our debt collection if it remains unpaid.
Cancellations outside of commitment period (minimum contract) are subject to a 30 day notice period, which will commence from the next direct debit date.
We require written request via e-mail to info@parkclub.co.uk if you wish to cancel your membership.

For cancelling swim school we require a one month written notice to swimming@parkclub.co.uk
A direct debit can be suspended for a maximum of one month only upon doctorโs note. Your childโs place will be reserved during this period.

Please do not cancel your direct debit, this will automatically trigger an account arrears letter sent to you.
If you have recently cancelled please wait until the confirmation email to be sent. If you cancel the DD before this is actioned we will not be able process the cancellation quickly.
If you have already cancelled your DD you will need to contact us.
If you have accidentally cancelled your DD you will need to come in to our club or call us so we can help you get set back up again.

You can book an induction with one of team, who will show you how to use the equipment. We do have Personal Trainers available to help provide further support

Yes! All classes are to be pre-booked and can be done up-to 48 hours in advance either via the app or calling the club directly

You can find more about our Personal Trainers through the clubs homepage or in club. Once youโve selected a trainer whose skills best match your fitness goal, you can book and pay for a session through them directly.

Yes, classes are included in your membership, but there is an additional fee to access the Park Club Performance classes. For a full list of current classes please check our performance timetable.

We require our members to book in swim session via our app, This ensures that our pool is never too crowded. Please see our timetable for the pool times and available swim sessions.

Once your minimum term is up, the contract will carry on rolling as the same price. You will be able to cancel the membership with 30 days notice after this term is up.
