Group Cycling

A high intensity, fun way to get your heart pumping. During these sessions you will be following your instructor through the different speeds and resistance levels.


Senior Circuits

A lower intensity version of our normal circuits. A small group will move around the room to different stations. Each station will be either cardio, resistance, or free weights. Aimed at over 60s (or beginners!)


HIIT

HIIT, also known as High-Intensity Interval Training, is a dynamic and efficient form of exercise that has gained significant popularity in recent years. It is a workout technique that involves brief bursts of intense physical activity followed by shorter recovery periods. This alternating pattern of high-intensity and low-intensity intervals stimulates the body to burn calories, build endurance, and improve overall fitness levels.


Boxfit

Uses different boxing combinations (using pads and gloves). This class also includes other types of exercises including lower body workouts.


Pilates

Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that aims to strengthen the body, improve flexibility, and enhance overall physical fitness.


Yoga

Kettlebells

ViPR

classes are an effective whole-body workout using Vipr tubes. They will combining strength and fitness training to increase muscle definition, burn calories and reduce body fat while increasing flexibility.

Using a mixuture of weights and body weight, this class is designed to tighten up your core.

A small group will move around the room, trying out different exercisises for short bursts, this will include cardio, weights and resistance at different stations
