We will also explain what rights you have with regards to your personal data and how you can exercise those rights.

This privacy notice applies to all personal information processing activities carried out by the SOLL (Vale) and we are the data controller in respect of all personal information that we process in connection with our business. 3. The information that we process
We collect personal data from you for one or more of the following purposes:
• To enable us to provide you with access to all parts of our site and supply services you have requested and to enable us to contact you where necessary with regards to this service
• We may also use and analyse the information we collect so that we can administer, support, improve and develop our business
• We may use your information to contact you for your views on our services and to notify you occasionally about important changes or developments to the site and our services.
• If consent has been given we might also use your information to let you know about other products and services which we offered which may be of interest to you and we may contact you by post, telephone or text message as well as by email.
• If our business enters into a joint venture with or is sold to or merged with another business entity, your information may be disclosed to our new business partners or owners. Any such business transactions will be communicated to you in advance
We may also pass aggregate information on the usage of our site to third parties but this information will be anonymised so that you as the data subject can not be identified.

4. Storage of personal data
The information that provide to us will be held on our computers in the UK and may be accessed by our staff and third parties who act for us for the purposes set out in this notice or for other purposes approved by you. This would be done on the basis that anyone to whom we pass it to protects it is the same way we would and in accordance with applicable laws
In the event that we transfer information to countries outside of the EEA, we will only do so where:
• The European Commission has decided that the country or the organisation we are sharing your information with will protect your information adequately
• The transfer has been authorised by the relevant data protection authority; and/or
• We have entered into a contract with an organisation with which sharing your information (on terms approved by the European Commission) to ensure your information is adequately protected
Our payment processors and banking arrangements are based in the EU and our payment processing is in compliance with PCI DSS.
We employ security measures to protect your information from access by unauthorised persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. We will retain your information for a reasonable period or as long as the law requires.
5. Your rights as a Data Subject
As a data subject whose personal information we hold, you have certain rights. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please email or use the information supplied in the Contact us section below. In order to process your request, we will ask you to provide two valid forms of identification for verification purposes. Your rights are as follows:
• The right to be informed - As a data controller, we are obliged to provide clear and transparent information about our data processing activities. This is provided by this privacy policy and any related communications we may send you
• The right of access - You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you free of charge. Once we have verified your identity and, if relevant, the authority of any third part requestor, we will provide access to the personal data we hold about you as well as the following information

b. The categories of personal data concerned
c. The recipients to whom the personal data has been disclosed
d. The retention period or envisioned retention period for personal data
e. When personal data has been collected from a third party, the source of the personal data
If there are exceptional circumstances that mean we can refuse to provide information, we will explain them. If requests are frivolous or vexatious, we reserve the right to refuse them. If answering requests is likely to require additional time or occasions unreasonable expense (which you may have to meet), we will inform you.
• The right to rectification - When you believe we hold inaccurate or incomplete personal information about you, you may exercise your right to correct or complete this data. This may be used with the right to restrict processing to make sure that incorrect/incomplete information is not processed until it is corrected
• The right to erasure (the ‘right to be forgotten’) - Where no overriding legal basis or legitimate reason continues to exist for processing personal data, you may request that we delete the personal data that we hold on you. This includes personal data that may have been unlawfully processed. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure erasure
• The right to restrict processing - You may ask us to stop processing your personal data. We will still hold the data, but will not process it any further. This right is an alternative to the right to erasure. If one of the following conditions applies you may exercise the right to restrict processing:
a. The accuracy of the personal data is contested
b. Processing of the personal data is unlawfulc. We no longer need the personal data for processing but the personal data is required for part of a legal processd. The right to object has been exercised and processing is restricted pending a decision on the status of the processing
• The right to data portability - You may request your set of personal data be transferred to another controller or process, provide in a commonly used and machine-readable format. This right is only available if the original processing was on the basis of consent, the processing is by automated means and if the processing is based on the fulfilment of a contractual obligation
• The right to object - You have the right to object to our processing of your data where:
a. Processing is based on a legitimate interest
b. Processing is for the purpose of direct marketing
c. Processing is for the purpose or scientific or historic research
d. Processing involves automated decision-making and profiling
6. Complaints
In the event that you wish to make a complaint about how your personal data is processed, or how your complaint has been handled you have the right to lodge a complaint directly with the supervisory authority and our Data Protection Officer
Cookies
Cookies are small amounts of information which we store on your computer. Unless you have indicated your objection when disclosing your details to us, our system may issue cookies to your computer when you log on to the site.
