I have been training with Adam for a couple of months now and he is very easy to get on with! I was nervous getting into my training at the start however as each session passed I became more and more confident.
I’ve learnt so much about my physical capabilities alongside my nutritional requirements to help compliment
my training and results.
I’m very happy about the results that I’ve already accomplished in such a short space of time. Adam’s
