I’ve had a few weight sessions with Liam and he really knows his stuff. I’ve learnt a lot and feel a lot more comfortable when training by myself. He knows some great workouts and I really feel like I have improved. Noticeably my squat and deadlift have improved drastically and it’s down to Liam’s knowledge and help.
He makes sure you’ve got your positioning and form correct before adding any weight and I’ve found this really beneficial to my workouts. He has also helped me with my cardiovascular fitness and has given me some brilliant workouts to help with my stamina. I would recommend Liam to anyone who is looking for that extra motivation and guidance to reach their goals.
