Since I left school at 16 to enter college I have been addicted to learning about all the ways I can reach my goals when it come to my physical ability, trying almost everything I can think of and justifying whether it’s worth keeping it in my routine to become the best version of myself. Throughout the past 4 years I have changed my goals depending on what ambition I want to chase Including: losing weight, putting on weight/muscle, maximizing sport performance and being the strongest I can push myself to be.
Throughout my education and experience I have learned how to set, reach and re-set goals whether that’s long, medium or short term. I hope to make my sessions as enjoyable and beneficial as I can so my clients leave feeling encouraged to pursue their goals, hence I will be talking to find out what they liked about the session and if they have any problems with the training so I can adapt the session based on how it would benefit them directly.

Cody always makes our sessions fun and interesting, there is something different every time. Cody is able to adapt the workout to my ability and he is able to tailor the workout to my fitness level on the day so I never feel overworked or sore. He is also able to focus the workout around a goal that I have. After training with Cody once a week for 4 months I feel fitter, more body confident, and my body looks more toned.
