I am a Personal Trainer and Registered Dietician. I am therefore in a unique position to coach you through making changes to better you health, fitness and wellbeing. I have over 7 years experience in the NHS helping people to lose weight, increase their muscle mass, recover from illness and surgery and generally feel better. I now work as a Personal Trainer and private Dietician in Oxford and am passionate about improving peoples lives through diet and exercise.
I am trained in behaviour change techniques and whatever your goal might be I am confident we can achieve or even exceed it together. Over the years I have been amazed at what people can do when they put their mind to it and I get so much satisfaction from seeing people grow and develop. When I first started training I never thought I would be where I am today and I continue to push myself to see what I am capable of.

I contacted Victoria to help me as I was one step away from giving up.
I have type 1 diabetes and suffered with high cholesterol and several other medical conditions. Due to my medical problems I was very afraid of what exercise might do to me. With everything going on I felt extremely unmotivated and depressed.
Someone recommended Victoria to me as she is both an excellent Personal Trainer and Dietitian. On meeting her I felt immediately at ease. She listened to all of my concerns and we discussed what I wanted to achieve.
She worked out a diet plan personal to me and made it so that it was sustainable and one that I am happy to use forever. My weight loss is incredible. She also worked out a program for exercise which was just enough to push me at first and as time has gone on the intensity has increased. She knows exactly what is needed and how far to push. I find to her to be motivational and empathetic. She explains things in a simple way. I now know what to use at the gym and how to use it.
