I absolutely couldn’t recommend anyone more than Bee to have as your coach/personal hype woman! She goes above and beyond to be there for you and make everything exactly to your liking! This is nothing like coaches that give you a generalised workout routine and send you on your way. Bee has had her own experiences and struggles in the gym, so she knows what it’s like and can reassure you when times get tough. She is there to believe in you when you don’t believe in yourself. I’ve had so much more life and fun in the past months than I’ve had for years since starting with Bee. A fitness journey is a lot of hard work, but I promise having someone to help you through it and knows what she’s talking about makes it SO much more manageable and sustainable.
