Amy prides herself on creating bespoke training programmes, tailored to suit individual needs, wants and goals. She uses a range of training styles depending on the client, which can include anything from low impact body weight training to resistance training and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). One of her specialist areas is Pilates, which is perfect to improve core strength, prevent injury and also support injury rehabilitation. Amy is also a martial arts specialist and is a multi-international champion in Kickboxing, K1 and Muay Thai. She can offer Personal training in Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai or incorporate it into any Personal Training session. Amy believes in a holistic approach to training and is there to give support and guidance in all aspects of health, fitness, exercise and nutrition, both inside and outside of the gym.
