5 Years ago I was 46, unhealthy, unfit, overweight and unhappy with myself. I started to go to the gym once a week and then got a PT. Things started to change and I liked it….alot. I lost 2 stone in weight, changed my diet and worked out 3-4 times a week and the results were amazing. My fitness levels soared, I changed shape, I became stronger in body and mind and now I've turned my passion into my Job and want to help others and became a PT at Parkclub.

Sarah Stickells is amazing! Being new to being personally trained, Sarah has tailored my workouts to my individual needs and tempo but at the same time challenging me to limits I can reach. Sarah has a lovely welcoming attitude and is very motivational but also has a wicked sense of humour whilst remaining professional which is great when you are doing training that may be pushing you!
