I am passionate about providing training sessions and programmes that are tailored to each individual in order to meet their specific targets. With a first class degree in Sports Science I have extensive knowledge around fitness and apply this to deliver effective training sessions.
I have had previous success with clients wanting to develop their strength and gain muscle through weightlifting, however I have also achieved positive results in weight loss with varied and enjoyable conditioning techniques.
