As a strength training enthusiast and Brazillian Jiu Jitsu purple belt, I have always had an interest in physical strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. I truly believe in the importance of having a good diet to fuel hard training sessions in order to get results. I wanted to improve my general health and fitness and Sams knowledge and enthusiasm has taught me so much. I have learnt new excercises that are fun and effective. He is very much focused on using correct form which has given me a lot more confidence is using equipment such as weights. I have seen a massive improvement in my strength so far and always look forward to our training sessions.
