During my gap year, I gained 9kg through inactivity and comfort eating. After being prodded
in the stomach by my grandmother and told how overweight I was, I decided to do something about it. I joined a gym and embarked on a healthier eating regime. Within nine months I had lost the fat I had gained and developed muscles I never knew I had.
I trained every other day and felt better than I had in a very long time. I then realised that I would love to help others like myself. People who need a little push in the right direction. I can give you the results you hope for. Also, I was born with a congenital heart disorder, and I am here tell you, that has never and will never hold me back. If I can do it, so can you.

Hard work DOES pay off
Assessed, correctly, the inflexibility of my joints and my restrictions on
exercising. He explained that he would work on my flexibility first, then I
can gradually increase my workouts for the results I am aiming for. He has
been a pleasure to work with, my shoulders, which have been a huge issue for
a very long time, no longer ache after lifting something, and I find I can
actually lift things slightly heavier than I could before, and my other
joints are noticeably less creaky. Its a work in progress, but I trust Luke
to guide me towards achieving the goals I am aiming for.
