I understand just how important it is to treat everyone individually and to deliver on promises. I'm very grateful that I've trained existing clients on a weekly basis for over 2 years!! I'm passionate about coaching clients how to move properly, whilst helping immobilise clients. I know just how important mobility/flexibility is. Limitations of movement in joints can be very frustrating and sometimes embarrassing. I'm truly passionate not only in helping clients feel better and look better, but also about creating strong stabile, mobile clients! I love to incorporate kettlebells, boxing and lifting heavy things! My goal is to create better balance and core stability for all clients.

Movement before weight - my belief and also personal experience for sustained progress is to focus on efficient stabile movement before adding any weight to the exercise.
I found Dwight's fitness through Instagram 1 year ago and was so impressed by the dynamic movement that Dwight incorporated into his training sessions. Since training with him I’ve been blown away with his knowledge and skills as a personal trainer. Every session is both challenging, fun, full of variety but pushes me up to and beyond my perceived limitations. Dwight very quickly identified areas that needed strengthening, stabilising and mobilising. I feel he tailor makes each session specifically for me.
