"Never, never, never give up” Winston Churchill
I’d been doing my own thing at the gym for 9 years, albeit half heartedly and sporadically as I found it difficult to keep motivated. I signed on with Mike for some personal training in December 2010 after seeing the dramatic weight loss results my wife Joolz had achieved from working with Mike. It is no exaggeration to say that in the first 3 months I saw more physical changes in terms of strength, muscle definition and overall fitness than I had seen in the previous 9 years. I went from waist size 36” down to a “32 in no time.
My fitness, mobility and strength have seen dramatic increases over the past 6 years. Mike’s sessions and programs are tailored to my goals and these are reviewed regularly so keeping motivated is no longer a problem. In 2014 I celebrated both my 40th birthday and also being in the best shape of my life. To this day I still train with Mike and I regularly complete Men’s Health and Spartan Races.
