Hayley incorporates multi functional training methods to achieve great results making the session challenging but enjoyable along the way. Therefore expect sessions to include an amalgamation of circuit style training, kettlebell training, interval training and the use of weights. With being a keen cyclist, having the passion for exercise and the desire to help clients reach their goals made a career as a personal trainer a no brainer.
