I have spent the last 3 months training with Sam and wanted to give some feedback on my experience. I was looking for some inspiration for my gym workouts, with an emphasis on kettle bells and using my own body weight rather than pumping the same old iron, I got so much more! Sam is a professional, pays a huge amount of attention to the way you move and identified where I was using the wrong muscles at the wrong time. It makes sense when someone is giving you a clear explanation whilst being guided through the exercise at the same time. I have a better understanding of what I am doing and why. Thanks Sam, loved your energy and sense of humour, although your satisfaction in putting people through pain is sometimes a little worrying!
