We apologise for the time it has taken to resolve the issues with the steam room. We have had ongoing issues with the control panel and any fixes made have resulted in another fault. We therefore decided to remove the whole of the control panel and replace it with a new one and have been awaiting delivery. We are pleased to say that the part will be fitted on Tuesday 11th December and will ensure we have more reliability with the control of the room going forwards.
