Beginners jogging - Join us for a lunchtime jog around the park, great to improve your fitness and boost energy levels. If you're looking to improve your running this is a great place to start! 12:00 - 12:30, FREE.
Tai Chi - Tai chi, also called tai chi chuan, combines deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements. Originally developed as a martial art in 13th-century China, Tai Chi is today practiced around the world as a health-promoting exercise. 12:00 - 12:45, £5.
Postural workshop - Led by qualified physiotherapist, Tom Jacobs, this workshop will educate you on the importance of standing up and moving more, as well as detailing physical training sessions to build strength and avoid back pain. 12:45-13:30, £3.
Mini massage - 15 minute massages are available with Sports Massage Therapist, Michaela Sawyer. From 10:00 - 14:00, £5.
