The focus of this months ‘Wellbeing Wednesday’ is ‘Wellbeing in the workplace’.
To help promote positive wellbeing in the workplace we are offering:
Workplace Wellbeing talk by Oxfordshire MIND - 12:00-12:45 (FREE) - We all have mental health, just as we all have physical health. It is part of everyday life, in the same way that work is part of everyday life for many of us.
Every employer depends on having healthy and productive employees – valued and supported staff are far more likely to achieve peak performance.
Body Balance - 12:45-13:30 (£3) - Body Balance is a yoga-based class that will improve your mind and body.
Gait analysis BY 'Up & Running' - (FREE) - Having an idea of YOUR gait cycle helps not only to make sure that you are choosing the correct running shoes, it also helps reduce potential running related injuries. By appointment only, taking place at the Park Club.
15 minute Nutrition MOT's - (£5) - Eating a balanced diet is vital for good health and wellbeing. Food provides our bodies with the energy, protein, essential fats, vitamins and minerals to live, grow and function properly. By appointment only.
Health MOT and Personal Training Consultation - (£2.50) - Book in for a review of your health using our Boditrax machine, and have the opportunity to speak to one of our personal trainers for advice on your training. By appointment only.
