We apologise that we have not been able to communicate any updates regarding the transfer of ownership and the ongoing work at Fleet following the water damage. We fully understand the current frustrations and we can only apologise over the time that it is taking to rectify.

We have been working hard with insurers, loss adjusters, the landlord and the incoming company to progress with the work as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, due to the number of parties involved, this has not been a simple process. We have however in the past week,  been able to progress with the flooring and move gym functionality of equipment back to normal. There is still further works to rectify some areas but the materials have been ordered and we await delivery. 

The air conditioning work has also been approved by the contractor and the order has been placed.  We are currently waiting on parts, which are due to be delivered within the first week of August at the latest so that work can progress. 

We would like to assure you that we are working closely with all parties and chasing on a daily basis to complete the work. We apologise again for the inconvenience and would like to thank you for your ongoing patience, it is greatly appreciated.
