An actor with a love for fitness. I work predominantly in the performing arts industry and often heavily involved in stunt roles. My aim is to bring this element of excitement and enthusiasm to each and every client. I have an extensive history (18 years) in martial arts and often use this to give a fresh alternative to cardio and strength training. Billy is an awesome PT! He's knowledgeable and professional, but also fun. He can be tough when needed but is always supportive. He listens to you and does workouts around what you actually enjoy doing. He pushes you further than you think you can go mentally whilst always conscious of your physical limit. Having injured my shoulder, he has worked around it and been a massive help in rehabilitation to make it stronger again. Billy has also been great in offering nutritional advice whilst maintaining a realistic diet. I have had a number of PT’s now but Billy is the best and I would recommend with no hesitation.
