The Group Exercise Studio has plenty of room. It features 2 high-quality speakers for your group classes and 9 big mirrors placed on the front wall to observe your technique. The area is also fitted with toilets and air-conditioning systems.
The Cycling Studio includes 20 new bikes for our members and an extra one, in front of the room, for the instructor. The indoor facility has been fitted with air-conditioned and sound systems to efficiently refresh the air and help you keep going.
The car parking area is located just behind the facility and it's easily accessible from the main street. In the intersection of Forge Lane and Somerset Road towards the A292, take the first turning on the left where the Lidl Ashford is located. We are right next door.
The sauna has 3 levels and can accommodate up to 10 people. It is located next to the steam room which can accommodate as many people as the sauna does.
Both the sauna and the steam room are in the vicinity of 3 heated spa lounge chairs facilitating the transition from one area of the spa to another.
The functional area is situated at the far end, opposing the cardio area and houses a functional trainer, a boxing bag, kettlebells and other functional training pieces of equipment.
