Keeping active is important throughout life but particularly as you get older as it has many important health benefits.

Our Active Forever sessions provide a variety of fun and social activities.

SENIOR CIRCUITS

Circuits exercise class is led by a qualified Personal Trainer. A slow paced yet effective Circuits session. Great for improving your fitness while meeting new people. £2.50 per session, free for members.  

SENIOR CYCLING

Studio Cycling exercise class led by a qualified Personal Trainer. A slow paced yet effective cycling session. Great for improving your fitness while meeting new people. £2.50 per session, free for members.

TAI CHI

Tai Chi's meditative qualities can help to reduce stress while its gentle physical demands can help ageing bodies improve balance, mobility and muscle strength. £2.50 per session, free for members. 

WALKING FOOTBALL

Walking Football is a slower paced version of the beautiful game and designed to help people keep an active lifestyle. Led by a F.A qualified coach, the session is great to improve fitness levels while meeting new people.

Open to adults over 50 years old. £2.00 per session.

PICKLEBALL

Pickleball is a racket sport that combines elements of tennis, platform tennis, badminton and table tennis. It is easy to learn, fast-paced and extremely fun to play due to the long rallies that occur throughout a game. £2.00 per session. 

BADMINTON

Our Badminton club is a great social session, available to a variety of different fitness levels and abilities. You can improve your fitness, meet new people and learn new skills. £2.00 per session.
